Following Documents have to be produced at the time of processing along with Xerox copies and originals:

• Point 1. Original Birth Certificate of child
• Point 2. Aadhar Card of the child and both parents
• Point 3. Residence proof certificate
• Point 4. Father’s Highest Qualification Certificate
• Point 5. Mother’s Highest Qualification Certificate
• Point 6. Salary/Income Certificate of Parents.
• Point 7. A copy of FA-1, FA-2 and SA-1 Progress report of Sibling (2024-25)
• Point 8. Documentary Evidence- if parent is former Montfortian student
